We accept essays, short stories, comics and illustrations, and ideas for browser-playable games. Simultaneous submissions are fine — just let us know if your work gets picked up elsewhere. We aim to respond within 6–8 weeks. First-time contributors welcome.

DISPATCHES Essays, criticism, memoir, reportage. 800–5,000 words. We like specificity and a strong voice over general takes.
TRANSMISSIONS Short fiction. 500–5,000 words. No genre restrictions — weird, quiet, funny, and strange are all welcome.
COMICS Single-panel or multi-panel comics, illustrations, and visual work. Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP, and PDF. You can also send a link to your portfolio.
ARCADE Ideas for browser-playable games. Send a detailed description of your idea or concept.
RESPONSE TIME 6–8 weeks. We respond to every submission. If you haven't heard back after 8 weeks, feel free to follow up.
